- Our composters work on any voltage, anywhere in the world, from 100V 240V.without a transformer. You may need a travel adapter to fit local plugs in some countries. These are available for about 1 USD at local hardware stores. For large orders, we can provide local style plugs for any country.
- From the online shopping cart, choose "Worldwide Parcel Post" as your shipping method. Allow 5-10 days for delivery. Package tracking is available for most locations.
- For 2 day service, choose "Worldwide UPS Express". The shipping fee is much higher price, and is displayed in the checkout total.
- You may have to pay duties and taxes to your local authorities when your package arrives.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for some accessories. Not all accessories are available in all countries. Sawdust pellets are not available outside the US and Canada - please obtain sawdust locally at any lumber yard. To see exact shipping fees for accessories, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Your purchase is covered under our regular warranty and return policies, although international shipping fees are not covered.
