All NatureMill automatic composters are made with ruggedized materials and stainless steel internal components, and should last many years with normal use.

FREE returns: Select models purchased from natureill.com may include our Free Returns service. Check the product listing to see if your item qualifies. If it does, just reply to your shipping confirmation email, or send us an email HERE with your name, address, order number, and serial number. We will email you a free return shipping label. Valid in the continental USA only, within 30 days of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, used composting equipment can not be returned once it has been exposed to food waste.

EASY returns: Return an unused composter purchased from naturemill.com within 30 days for a full refund. Just fill out the form inside the box and follow the instructions. There is no restock fee. You don't need any approval or RMA number. Use the box it came in, and include all original parts. Due to sanitary reasons, used composting equipment can not be returned once it has been exposed to food waste. Shipping expenses are not refunded unless your item qualifies for Free Returns (see above).

ACCESSORIES: Returns are not permitted for accessories, including the cabinet kit and spare sawdust pellets.

INTERNATIONAL: The same Easy Returns policies apply for orders outside of the continental USA. However, please note that we do not refund the return shipping expenses, even if your item qualifies for Free Returns. If you purchased from a local dealer, contact them for their return policy.
