We usually ship within 1-2 business days. Your package should arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and shipping method. During peak times it may take longer.

We can ship directly to you, anywhere in the world!  Our composters work on any voltage from 100V to 240V without a power transformer. You can also purchase an optional EU power supply, which is CE certified and will fit local plugs wihout an adapter.

Here are some standard shipping fees:

• Ground shipping in the continental US is $15 per composter via UPS (3-5 days)
• Canada: Home Depot offers the best shipping rates. We also offer Parcel Post for US$ 36 per composter, and a UPS option, but these do not include customs, duty, and brokerage fees. We do not charge GST/PST tax. Allow 5-7 days in transit. Limited tracking is available to most locations.
• International: Please visit our International page for local dealers. We also ship direct by Parcel Post for US$ 82 per composter. This does not include customs, duty, and brokerage, which may be charged upon arrival. We do not charge VAT/GST tax. Allow 5-7 days in transit. Limited tracking is available to most locations.
