We usually ship within 1-2 business days. Your package should arrive in about a week with ground shipping, depending on your location. Occasionally it may take longer during peak times or during severe weather. We do not guarantee delivery dates, although once your package ships we will email you the tracking number so you can track it online.

Our composters work on any voltage in the world from 100V to 240V without a power transformer. See our International page for dealers in your country. If there is no dealer in your country we can ship to you directly.

Here are some standard shipping fees:

• Ground shipping in the continental US is $15 per composter via UPS (5-7 days)
• Canada: We offer Parcel Post for US$ 36 per composter. We also offer a more expensive UPS option. Note that shipping fees do not include customs, duty, and brokerage fees, which may be charged upon arrival. We do not charge GST/PST tax. Allow 1-2 weeks in transit. Limited tracking is available.
• International: Please visit our International page for local dealers. If there are no dealers in your country, we can ship to you directly. We recommend UPS for hassle-free door to door shipping. We also ship by Parcel Post which is less expensive but does not cover customs, duty, and brokerage, which may be charged upon arrival. Limited tracking is available. Allow 2-3 weeks in transit.
