We normally ship within 1-2 business days.

If you received an ORDER CONFIRMATION email but not a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, then your order is in our system and it should ship within the next week or two. There is no need to contact us at this time.

Please note that the PRO models are shipping now, but are slightly backordered. Yours will ship just as soon as we build it!

We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with UPS tracking number.
